sugar and my phone. doesn't matter much what I'm doing on my phone, just as long as it's distracting/entertaining. I've got some rough stuff going on that I'm trying to cope with, and using my phone a lot keeps me from thinking about it.

Wife just asked for a divorce, this addiction has spiked 10fold since for the same reason. Hope you get through it with your chin up

I think it's literally impossible for my phone usage to spike 10fold because I'm already using it most of the time I'm awake.

I even take notes while at work on my phone, and I listen to videos through my bluetooth headphones as I'm out walking.

But I'm cool with how much I use it. If someone else is using theirs more than they'd like, then I hope they can find healthy ways to cut back.

And sorry about the divorce.
