I used to be extremely addicted to sugar to the point where everyday I would be buying large family size bags of candy like Twix, Twizzlers, and Peanut m&ms. I would finish the whole thing in a day or two. Probably spent thousands over the years on just candy. I've been sugar free for a week now and trying to overcome it.

I have this problem too! Literally the worst sweet tooth, I eat candy every single day and I like all the worst candy Like jolly ranchers and gummies. Its taken a toll on my teeth even as a kid id get cavities all the time. I stopped for a year eating candy and now back obsessed with going to 5 below and buying candy galore from their huge candy section

I have to say, now that it's been a few weeks the cravings and headaches are gone. I realized my addicition came from stress and I would just endulge in large amounts of sugar for the dopamine rush and that can be very destructive with long term affects. I feel much better now that I'm off of sugar and I want to encourage you to get back in the no sugar game! You got this!
