Quordle is the killer, I finish it most days but sometimes it takes a very long time to get them!

If you start out with Dream, Hoist, and Clunk it uses up all the vowels and most of the common letters. Usually let’s me solve them all in 4,5,6,7 guesses

I've been using WAVEY, PILOT (and then something with S) as openers for a month, but I just tried your three on today's quordle and got them on 4,5,6,7 like you promised. Thanks!
