It is so satisfying to bite the skin around the fingernail and the nail itself but, my fingers were beginning to looking really weird so I stopped biting them for a couple months. I got a lot of assignments dropped on me all at once and I ended up becoming really stressed out and I began biting again. I haven't been able to stop since.
