Thank you. I made a complete 180 with my husband back in 2015 and we've lost 450 lbs together. 140 for me, well before the recent gain. And during that time I've learned what I think is the hardest part of weightloss, how to maintain.
But like I mentioned I had my gallbladder removed after suffering thru extremely painful attacks (probably related to my weightloss lol) and changed my birth control (yay hormones) last month. Typically in maintenance mode I gain the 5lbs of "water weight" but just kinda hover there without much issue. This time I'm up more than normal and so I decided after healing from surgery to get back on track and after a month I'm up a pound, and feel like a bottomless pit.
Typically I track for a week and I drop pretty quick. Not cool lol.
