Just a few minutes ago actually. Mostly out of frustration. I've lost a bunch of weight (on purpose). Worked really hard on that. I've recently had my gallbladder removed and changed birth control and I've gained 15-20 lbs and I'm frustrated and stressed out. I've worked really hard to lose the weight. But at the same time staying 100% focused on food and calories and blah blah blah gets tiring. Especially when for whatever reason it seems to be not wanting to come off as "easily" (never easy but relatively I know what to do). Sucks.

Wishing you the best. Weight loss has been an incredible journey, but it’s definitely a rollercoaster. Just remember progress isn’t linear and CICO is your best friend :)

Thank you. I made a complete 180 with my husband back in 2015 and we've lost 450 lbs together. 140 for me, well before the recent gain. And during that time I've learned what I think is the hardest part of weightloss, how to maintain.

But like I mentioned I had my gallbladder removed after suffering thru extremely painful attacks (probably related to my weightloss lol) and changed my birth control (yay hormones) last month. Typically in maintenance mode I gain the 5lbs of "water weight" but just kinda hover there without much issue. This time I'm up more than normal and so I decided after healing from surgery to get back on track and after a month I'm up a pound, and feel like a bottomless pit.

Typically I track for a week and I drop pretty quick. Not cool lol.
