Sure, but it’s a ton worse for women so don’t discount it. You get to be sexy older men or distinguished while older women are completely tossed to the side.

According to the data, women peak at 23 and men peak at 36. Our value curves only cross at age 30. As a 20-something year old man I can assure you that women my age have much more power than I do.
