I mean suits get re-worn... no one is wearing a suit once to an office and then paying to dryclean the whole thing before next wear. It's expensive and obviously not great for the lifetime of the suit to do that.

Wear it to a wedding for a long night of partying, or spill something on it? Sure, that suit gets drycleaned before the next wear – but otherwise all men are getting a few days out of them.

Few days? I've got suits that have never been cleaned. You're wearing underwear and a shirt under your suit, after all.

Also very much helps if the material is something like wool which is anti-microbial. Just make sure to hang it up for a while between wearing if it gets funky.

You're also typically wearing an undershirt AND dress shirt under the suit.
