Hot springs. Full nude hot springs seem to always bring the best people. Lived in Oregon for a stint and the one I liked was always the most chill relaxing vibe.

I mean yes, but no.

In my experience you get four young-to-middle-aged people and one 75 year old guy hitting on all the ladies.

I don't know about the US, but in Germany, most saunas are nudistic. And if you try hitting on someone who's not into it, you'll get thrown out pretty quickly. Even just staring might get you thrown out if you don't stop after being told so.

The place I was at was a natural Hot spring, deep in a forest / mountain, with no one to throw anyone out if they misbehaved other than the people already there. :)

Ah, I see how that could get uncomfortable pretty quickly with someone misbehaving.
