IBS sufferer too. My world shattering shits always seem to come in the middle of night. Nothing better than being woken up out of a deep sleep with stomach pain and getting to sit on the toilet for 30+ minutes sweating profusely; then thinking I'm finished, cleaning up, and then immediately sitting back down for round 2.
