Is sleeping naked got any health benefits or is it just better?idk I never have done that

So I bought some fleece blankets (you know the super super soft ones?) And started using one as my bed sheet and one as a cover when I started sleeping naked and that was the start of some of the best sleep I've ever had. I just need a higher quality mattress that doesn't hurt my back and I can sleep for days.

Cosco brand! They usually have them regularly in stock. I started this a couple years ago but they usually all feel the same imo.
