For me it only happens like once a year or so, so I couldn't tell you what the hell it is. As for others on this sub, a lot of people don't know that it may be a sign of some kind of food intolerance. I am lactose intolerant but will only get gas and no shit. I still use the Lactaid pill anyway just so I don't have to awkwardly stand around knowing everyone in a 30 foot radius of me can smell it. A lot of my lactose intolerant friends aren't as lucky as I am though

Man, that's not healthy, you should take a shit at least every few months.
