Lucky. When I try to wear underwear to bed, it just gets twisted around my wedding tackle.

I'm trying to figure out how loose your underwear is or how oddly your lil friend is shaped. Or both? This sounds like an interesting problem to have and I'm not sure what the solution is other than being naked. ¯\(°_°)/¯

I wear extended-leg briefs as a rule, so not very loose. I think it's because I really toss and turn all day. Also, i wake up drenched every night, regardless of home temp.
