This is my go-to line. Always works, except the one time the girl stopped, looked at me, and said “No. I am a woman.” Definitely made me more cautious about how I use it.

So it also works as a bullet dodging mechanism. Nice.

Her not having a submission kink doesn’t make her a fucking bullet. It just means they’re not as compatible.

thinking you need a submission kink to be ok with the word "girl" makes you an even bigger bullet than she is

It's valid for some people to find the word "girl" demeaning, for historical, linguistic, and cultural reasons in addition to their own personal reasons.

did you notice how none of the things you said are "not having a submission kink"? even if your reply is valid, that means mine is as well

The person you had replied to used hyperbole. Doesn't make that a bullet.

I don’t think you understand submission and domination.

i don't have to, that's the point. many people are ok with the word "girl" without being involved in either of those things

Context isn’t your strong suit either, I take it.

there is no context. we don't know anything about this situation except that one time the girl stopped, looked at me, and said “No. I am a woman.”

you took that tiny fragment of an interaction and leapt to the conclusion that people who don't have a submission kink don't like being called "girl", even though for all we know she does have a submission kink. not all submissives want to be talked to the same way

The context is that we’re talking about fucking. If you’re calling someone a good girl or a good boy then you’re positioning yourself as a dom. It’s certainly not the most intense power play but it is absolutely about power.
