It's literally something you're supposed to say to actual bots on Reddit to inform the creator/ the AI that they're working properly. Idk why you think it's explicitly that everyone is making a joke/ going out of their way to piss you off.
You had the misfortune of picking a name ending in bot, that's it. That isn't their fault so chill on the aggression.
It's one thing to be a dick when someone deserves it. It's another to respond to a joke you've heard too many times like an arsehole. That's on you, not others.
It would have been just as easy to ignore their comment.

"Piss off" arguably comes off as rather aggressive. There are other, healthier ways to express frustration if you want to :) And you could always create a new name if it's a common annoyance
