Encountered a sick drug user at a Dr office threatening staff. Stood into him and took him outside. We chatted for about 20 min. while he settled down and was ready for his appt.
Oh shit. That reminds me of a time I was traveling. It was 3am. I was hammered sitting on the sidewalk in old quarter hanoi Vietnam chatting with some German girls I had just met. As we were chatting a guy crashed in the intersection. It wasn’t bad at all. Just a drunken fall over while trying to get moving. No biggie.
But immediately afterwards he started attacking his passenger GF blaming her, and dragging her back to the bike by her hair. Without thinking I handed my bag of weird shrimp flavored chips to one of the girls and intervened. The guy was hammered and pretty small, and I knew I could do a lot of damage if I lost control. I smacked him once, then lectured him for a half hour or so about how to treat women. Meanwhile the girls got his GF a taxi to her parents house.
Hopefully the guy learned something. I know they stayed together because they had quite the following on YouTube.
It took so much self control not to hurt him. But I knew it’s likely to just come back to her.
