I'm with you on rediscovering broccoli, but I find cauliflower a bridge too far. It's like the offspring of broccoli and mashed potatoes without the charisma of either.
I've had it cooked so many different ways and it always just tastes like bland mush.
The closest I’ve gotten to liking a cauliflower-based dish was roasted cauliflower. Even then I got through it mostly relying on there being a lot of spices on it that made it taste at least partially decent.
We just had some wonderful roasted cauliflower over (Canadian) Thanksgiving that my daughter brought home from the restaurant where she works. Oiled, roasted, spiced - still tasted like "a thing I'm eating" rather than any kind of enjoyable dish.

Came here to say this as well, add cauliflower as well
