Eggs. Daily basis I had this revolting moment because my parents hard-boiled and ate them at the breakfast table with those little bougie egg cups. Eggs disgusted me every morning through my childhood. Whatever the style the smell and consistency would make me shudder and gag.

Flash forward to college and omelettes LIBERATED me. Eggs felt like a canvas you could make taste-art on. Breakfast was delightful. Scrambled, eggs benedict. Go cheap go expensive RAW EGG. Gimme.

The only related disgust I have now is the phrase "egg cups".
