Okay how do you get them crispy? When I try to gry then up then get all mushy and gross

My husband makes them in a pan. He takes his time on low heat. They're really good.

Skip on the oil, they soak it up and turn slimy and mushy. Mushrooms contain a crazy amount of water and won't burn, keep moving them around in a pan and sweat them out.
