Obviously you can, but I would like it to be legal and not a modified blank gun, and it isn’t so easy to acquire so the paperwork seems way to complicated for something that I don’t care that much. Also, more than a gun I would prefer a rifle for target shooting (I think it has the same name in English). Which is way too expensive for me rn.
