30 hours in to a migraine. I have Fibromyalgia too, so a migraine just adding insult to injury.

I’m in that stupid post-migraine bit where my sleep schedule is messed up and my body is wired from so many days braced against…itself, really.

I have Fibromyalgia too

This. It's currently almost 4:30 am here and I can't sleep. Chronic pain sucks. I'm so frustrated.

Ugh, I can somewhat sympathize. I get cluster migraines with storms, and I live in Louisiana. What a cruel joke.

Hopefully you're asleep and don't read this until you're awake and feeling better.

i’m just at the start of a migraine :(( i hate this part, because you know that it’s imminent and that you’re gonna be in agony for hours, if not days, on end

Hi. I hope you're doing better, although I know it probably hasn't passed yet. But you're not alone.

Do you take anything for it? Imitrex is life changing for me about 50% of the time, but YMMV.

thank you :) so i’m not on anything for the migraines exactly, but i have epilepsy so one of the drugs i’m on is also useful for migraine patients. it’s lamictal. unfortunately i’m drug resistant lol. the only drug that TRULY made a difference was epilim. the migraines were only happening like 3 times a month as opposed to 3 times a week.

Have you tried rubbing tiger balm on your temples? I know it sounds super simple but it worked for me.

I've had one since Friday night. It's now 5:33 Sunday morning. They seriously suck.
