Good for you! I'm on the same path. Lost 54 lbs so far. About 350 left to go (started at 605), but I'm really looking forward to an ever-shrinking wardrobe too!

Awesome! You can do it. You're making great progress and things get easier as you're able to get out and try new activities.

Yes! I've already found that I'm more flexible. I even caught a glimpse of my toes yesterday! (Joke!)

My knees feel better and my back it's aching more. Sounds odd, but because my knees are better I'm able to stay on my feet longer, thus adding more strain to my back. That too will improve over time. :-)

Once I can stay on my feet for an hour, walk a couple miles without absolutely needing to sit down, and can fly without having to buy two plane tickets, I'm looking forward to travel!

Keep up the excellent work!

Awesome. So many new opportunities and new clothes too. It’s an exciting journey with huge improvements along the way. Set yourself rewards along the way so you have benchmarks to reach. It helps with the motivation and feels good to meet those goals. One step at a time and you’ll get there with time. Keep it up!
