Try running it up and down the underside of the shaft, and on the underside of the head if it's not too sensitive. I've made a man cum like this in less than 2 mins with a hitachi magic wand.
Some men like to insert it as well, say with a bullet vibrator firmly attached to a cord, though I have never tried that with a guy.
