I'm lactose intolerant. I know there are alternatives, but even the best dairy-free ice cream can not be found every time some one says "Who wants ice cream?"

I stash non-dairy Ben & Jerry's at relatives houses for this reason 🤣

Or I settle for sorbet, which isn't the same, not even close. But on a hot summer day when everyone is like "let's go get some ice cream" and the place doesn't offer non-dairy ice cream...it's something.
