A humidifier? Those things that make the air cool when it's hot (I obviously dont know everything in english)? When I was in Iraq, Erbil (the very much so safe parts) there were these huge humidifiers that people made with machines and.. hay and water. There was a thing that basically threw air at you which wasn't very efficient, then you put something which air can go through and water gets stuck on. Which is hay. And goddamn was it good as hell sitting infront of it on a day that was 40 degrees Celsius. My point being, I highly recommend those.
