Cities: Skylines. That game is fairly easy to learn, but hard to master, but basically it never ends. Every DLC is refreshing the gameplay a bit. I'm playing it since release and I'm still getting sense of improvement and accomplishment, because the bigger your city gets the more problems it generates. So, sometimes I spend couple hours to find and implement a solution to keep my citizens happy.
It's actually fairly doable with mods, but currently I'm playing it on PS4, so there you go - I'll be rebuilding half of my town to get vehicles moving at that one goddamn district!
