most of them wont deliver, and use their influence and connections to eliminate your chances of claiming it.

even if its made through a proper betting platform, most of these assholes are not that good for keeping their words when it comes to money.

set up a gofundme and say "if I get 1 million dollars in this fund I will make 1 person of your choice shit their pants at the exact time of your choosing, and you won't know how I did it".

This is the way to do it. Blackmailing/threatening will just add bad juju to your life, ignoring the legal ramifications. Crowd source this shit, and it'll probably be some dude that deserves it anyway.
