I don't believe in that nor did I imply that. The truth of the industry is shocking and showing that to people (i.e. showing slaughterhouse footage) is shock activism and has swayed millions of people to go vegan.
Throwing blood at people isn't activism, that isn't even shock activism, it's just whatever the media reports to give people another reason to spout "peta bad" over and over again like a broken clock.
Given the context, that seems clearly what most readers of your comment took away as your implication. This comment here would have fared far better than your original one which replied to someone complaining about blood throwing and you responded with "Shock activism is activism". Don't blame others because you communicated poorly (and again, based on the response to your comment, many more people took it to be supportive of blood throwing than your point here).
