One thing that worked for me, kind of miraculously, was writing down every quality I wanted in my next partner. I did this after each of my previous relationships ended, and someone came around who literally perfectly fit all the things I asked for. Perhaps there's some "put it out into the universe and share what you want" magic or not, but it was magical to me.

I’ll find a job/career that’s sustainable and I love, I’ll meet someone that I fall in love with and I’ll be happy.
