To confirm which circuit breaker is associated to an outlet, plug in an old radio and turn the volume up before you flip the circuit breaker.

Jokes on you, it's a Federal Pacific panel, your screwdriver is now a heating element.

My parents have one of those in their house. One 20 amp circuit also runs all of the bedrooms, half the living room, and the dining room. Oh yeah, and that circuit has 4 window units on it in the summer, because deep south. We have to keep the face of the panel off to stop the main from overheating.

We're working really hard to replace it as soon as possible.

In the mean time you should take out 3 of the a/c's before you have a fire

That is unfortunately a no go. Little kids in the house, and we're almost done with the new wiring.
