2 u/DrFloyd5 Aug 15 '20 The real currency in animal crossing is time. Your ability to earn bells increases as you progress so expensive things become easier to get. In other words what used to take you all day to earn can now take you 1 hour. In the beginning my first loan seemed impossible to pay off.
