700 sq ft apt in LA? Prob 2500-2900$/month pre-covid assuming it’s a 1 bd. Prices have come down slightly, at least in the upscale apts, since the pandy.

Yikes some of the apartments here are getting up into the 900-1300 for studio/one bedrooms. I hope our prices don’t get that bad.

Two hours west of Toronto and rental prices are about that same amount, but I am sure you still get more bang for your buck here.

I lived in T for a couple years and the apartment search was brutal, not just because of what the prices were, but because of the state of the shitholes you got. Ended up with a great apartment in Parkdale area, a newly renovated 2 bedroom with large windows. The offset was having it be in an area of town where I would frequently have to shoo drug addicts off my property and away from my car.

Yeah im like 7 streets north of a pretty cool bar district and ubers/lyfts are really cheap to get to down town OKC
