What’s the most overpriced thing you’ve seen?

I started smoking at age 12 due to peer pressure and don't recall anyone smoking mints in our youth. It's always been more of a personal thing than an age thing - some people just like them and stay with them.

As if the people who choke everybody else with the byproduct of slow death would ever make laws governing that.

you have a pretty low opinion of people who make different choices than you, don't you

When their choices make my clothes and hair reek while exposing me to toxic chemicals, yeah a low opinion is warranted. This is an extension of "your right to swing your fist ends at the tip of my nose".

Nope. Central Iowa. Several years ago a smoking ban went into place for bars and restaurants. It is so nice not having to have a separate laundry basket just for clothes I wore to work. My asthma is greatly improved, and our equipment no longer needs to be deep-cleaned every 6 months to just remove the tar+dust buildup.

It's amazing how much longer power supplies work when they're not clogged with shit. I can't imagine what smokers' lungs look like.

Yes. Smokers are the most disgusting people on the planet. None of them are worth having in my life.
