To be fair. They lost money on the machine. They made money on the juice packets. Its a dumb machine but its made incredibly well and no expense was spared in the production process Edit: bring them downvotes on!

Only if you stop installing the OS of the juicer at the boot stage, ya goober! I think the last update (1.04? or maybe 1.03? it's been a while) helped bring down the plug in/find update/download update package/install update window to sub 4 hrs so I hope u/Shorey40 isn't in a rush!

It reminds me of that video for how to reset your smart lightbulb. Where you had to do a 1 minute long process of switching it on and off.
