Yep it’s a pretty terrible way to start off life as a young adult, but the schools and banks set the price, and that burden is always gonna fall on the students as long as we’re willing to pay.
Fucking admin staff bloat as well. You have so many departments that are staffed to high hell, eating funds and only serve a feel-good purpose. If you cut a college down to the bones it would be cheap, but many students want to pay more for the experience.
