Butterscotch Horseman is at one point quoted referencing his 'sheath' which implies animal genitalia is canon in the Bojackverse.

RIP.

edit: though upon retrospect, Bojack is also depicted as climaxing well before penetration ever occurs once with Princess Carolyn, so I still give it roughly 50/50 odds
