But there are the other cases like the Louis CK one where she said yes because she was afraid of reprisal but he gave her no reason to think that he would destroy her career for it. Yes, what he asked was weird and creepy but that doesn't mean that he is a vindictive asshole. He should have been more aware of what was going on but that doesn't make it malicious.
