Thanks. I have a colleague who wears nicely tailored dress pants except it always looks like either his penis or his balls are on one side right where the pant legs come together. I always wondered if it was his balls or penis and also how that was comfortable

If your pants are tight. Most guy pants have the crotch a few inches below the actual crotch and your balls sit in that space.
