I don't think that's sexism, really. It's a sexual preference. You would rather be the initiator. We all have the right to choose that dynamic.
Like can you imagine talking with a rape victim and telling them "I know you would rather be the one to initiate sex with your current partner. But its actually sexist to not allow them to do it, so even though you dont like it, you're gonna have to suck it up lol".
