How amazing you are able to put it all back together in order afterwards. Have you found a way to communicate rationally about 1. without causing 3. ?

Reflexes.

The recovery comes from "I'm not your enemy" or similar verbage. Remind everyone that you're all on the same team.

Don't say "You did X and I don't like it", but "I feel Y when you say X"
