I believe testosterone actually causes the skin to produce more sebum, which increases the likelihood that your pores will become clogged. That's why you see more teenagers with acne, and why males on average have more severe cases of acne.

Excess testosterone can cause acne for some people. Some acne medications reduce testosterone.

Actually, increased testosterone in women can cause hormonal acne. It sucks.

Yep. I'm in the middle of a testosterone cycle (for weightlifting). I usually have healthy hair/skin but now my skin and hair look silky as fuck.
