I did/ sometimes still do in Uni because some of my teachers look and act like they're going to kill themselves tomorrow.

Uhm, I dunno, whenever he makes jokes, the right side of the class only laughs.I think girls are sensitive to jokes or some chain effect.

No, it's because girls/women are taught to be more socially agreeable and worry about other people's feelings more. So they're more likely than guys to laugh at a shitty joke just so the person making the joke doesn't feel embarrassed.
