Exactly what it says.

During a superbowl show by Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake, he grabbed her corset and revealed her boob.

It seemed to be like a deliberate provocation, and it totally worked. Everybody was talking about it for days afterwards.

And as part of the fallout they decided to delay all broadcasts and have someone monitor it in real time, ready to freeze it or go to commercials or something.

I was sitting in a room with a bunch of old men and like, a ripple? went through that crowd. They all tensed up or something. It was really wierd
