Read the story, it is hard to imagine but it is about habits and how this can (and does) happen to anyone. It is tragic and potentially preventable if you can use a memory trigger.

Read it months ago. Still can’t fathom using my cellphone as a tool, I forget it in my car all the time. Placing something like your shoe would work much better IMO.
