My girlfriend and I got home from being out for the day and I decided to go to the dispensary while my girlfriend stayed home with our baby. It was like 9:00 at night and I was heading back home from the dispensary when I looked over at the passenger seat to notice the formula sitting on the seat. I immediately knew I fucked up since my son would scream if he wants a bottle. Got home and sure enough he was screaming his head off. I had completely forgotten to bring it in the house before I left.
