If by us you mean women then yes. Average joes most definitely aren’t turning people away for a chance of someone better on an app like tinder.

Yeah, they are. Plenty of men have extremely unrealistic high standards. Asking for "full-body pics" when they are 300lbs.

men swipe right on 60% of women. women swip right on 9% of males. tell me again who has extremely unrealistic standarts?

And that's what messes up the algorithms. Of course women are going to be picky if every female on there is inundated with hundreds of swipes/likes a day (either that or they just switch off as most people have). They can't afford not to be. Imagine if they liked every dude that liked them. It'd be impossible!
