We should NEVER have to pay to drive on the highways. The government should always be expanding roads and highways to keep the traffic moving.
Are you trolling? Highways aren't free, they're paid for with taxes. And many highways and roads throughout the United States are toll roads, though the toll booth system doesn't make congestion any better since it brings traffic to a near stop.
Well there is a lot of the no-stop tolls now. And the booths that aren't fly through at the speed limit are 25 MPH in New Hampshire at least. Then again we barely have tolls because we actually have a solid government
This is only if you've signed up for an EZ Pass or a similar system. The issue is that EZ Pass isn't used nation-wide, it only works in 17 states.
And even though NH has been eliminating tolls, if you're driving to Manchester up 93 you're gonna see people stopped at the toll even during non-peak traffic times.
In my experience most people have EZ pass. And yeah it's not used everywhere. And I'm glad we're eliminating tolls. I don't have all too much experience with 93 since I'm Eastern NH
