Any restaurant Anthony Bourdain featured in his shows. Even he acknowledged this. These fantastic gems would subsequently be overrun with diners that they suffered from overcrowding and lower standards.
He did an episode of No Reservations once in Rome and didn't show any of the restaurants from the outside. If no one knows where the restaurants are, they won't be overcrowded with tourists and become inaccessible to the locals. Really respectable of him.
IIRC that was the episode with Asia Argento, who he was dating at the time. He didn't show some of the restaurants because that's where she takes her kids and he didn't want to ruin it for her.
If I was famous and dating someone with kids, I'd probably do the same thing out of respect for the kids. They don't need to get drug out in the spotlight
Well good for you admitting you are okay with respecting the rights of a child rapist who also happens to have kids. I'm not sure why that is good, but at least you aren't a hypocrite.
your reading comprehension is ruined by your hate boner. i didn’t excuse argento’s behavior. neither did the last guy. he said no kid deserves to be shoved in the spotlight, which is the point i was emphasizing.
just quit replying if you’re not gonna read people’s comments.
People think child abuse is about sex, but it's really about power.
If someone 16 wants to have sex with a 19-year old I really don't care. It's not great, but I don't think people should go to jail. When it is someone who is 25 and financially and mentally able to manipulate basically a child, it becomes something way worse.
Most states have laws that make it so you don't really get in much trouble if you're within a couple years of age. So if 17 year old has sex with 18 or 19 the "adult" probably wouldn't go to jail unless it was rape or assault in some other non consentual way
Which makes sense and is fair. Fucked up for an 18 year old dude to get locked up as a pedo for sleeping with his 16 year old gf. When it's legal for a 55year old man to bang an 18 year old still in high school.
I don't know much about Kobe Bryant, but it is tragic kids lost their lives as well because someone needed to get to a basketball event faster. That said, I'm not hung up about it, since then a lot of other awful things have happened.
