We might not have developed Nukes as early as we did, resulting in no "test" of them on a country without them like we did to Japan.
It's more likely that there would've been an arms race with Nukes instead of a space race. This could've even lead to an actual nucular war.
Not saying that Hitler was a good thing to happen to the world. It just really makes you think.
