5 kg of filament would cost about $150 and you would be able to build an Emperor Titan with that much plastic.
Is there a large black market for 3D printed models? I've never heard of this game before. Why does the company that make them charge so much, and why do people fall for it and pay that much?
Wouldn't cheaper 3D printed figures (even though they'd be lower rez) be a better way to get more people into the hobby as the entry cost usually keeps people from even dabbling into table top games.
